Director - Chloë Williams
Chloë Williams is a native West Virginian filmmaker currently living in Baltimore. She has a B.S. in Electronic Media & Film, and English (Writing) from Towson University, as well as an M.S. in Professional Writing from Towson University. She enjoys telling character-driven, art department-rich stories that make their settings part of the cast. The use of color is part of the language of her work.
