The Skids ReVolution
They were the real deal: feral, self-educated, angry with pent-up rage against economic destruction and their lost future. They were mighty, Celtic, and fierce with a revolutionary spirit grounded in a Scotland of old. Lionised by a Radio 1 DJ, the Skids grabbed their chance, and their music flew through the 70s and early 80s, influencing global bands like U2 and Simple Minds until, one day, it all fell apart. This is a story of revolution, resolution, and rebirth, not nostalgia.
Friday at 8PM
Tie Die
When a series of mangled bodies begin appearing in the park, Ranger Jones (Lloyd Kaufman, President of Troma Entertainment and creator of the Toxic Avenger) and a state trooper (Joe Bob Briggs, Shudder’s The Last Drive In) are baffled by the attacks. It’s been a long time since a black bear has gone rabid in the park and never to this degree. The timing couldn’t be worse as the area is filling up with young musicians, hippies, and earth children. Can they stop the killings before things get worse, or will Ranger Jones miss the encore?

The Father Who Stayed
The Father Who Stayed is a moving and captivating feature-length cinematic concert experience comprised of 27 musical songs and compositions by celebrated composer and singer/songwriter, Jeremy Schonfeld. By drawing inspiration from the true story of a single father who tragically lost his young teenage daughter, as well as the lives of everyday Americans who continue to share their stories from beyond the grave, this film creates its own unique space to explore themes of life, love, loss, grief, and resilience. Part Our Town, part Spoon River Anthology with a bit of The Last Waltz thrown in for good measure, The Father Who Stayed is ultimately about the universal human experiences that connect us all through the ordinary stories of our lives.

Black Pittsburgh
Through one man’s journey to reconnect with his roots, Black Pittsburgh explores the history, culture, and politics of the Black community in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Sparked by a report that claims Pittsburgh is the worst major city in America for a Black person to live in, the film takes viewers on a tour of southwestern Pennsylvania’s Black community and the many stories that live within it. Featuring appearances by renowned author, Damon Young, U.S. Senator John Fetterman, and Congresswoman Summer Lee, Dr. Rueben Brock investigates the report while also documenting a major turning point and pivotal moment in Pittsburgh’s history.
